Barite (BaSO4, Natural Barium Sulphate) Oil & Gas
Barite is used in drilling mud formulation, as a weighting product in the oil and gas industry. It increases the hydrostatic pressure of the slurry and compensates for the high pressure areas that occur during drilling. Its softness prevents damage to the drills during drilling and acts as a lubricant.
Our products containing different sizes of barite are in API13A, OCMA standards. We work with the world's leading oil and gas companies for drilling applications.
